Ingredients:
2 cups apples, peeled & sliced
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
4 eggs
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°. Place apple slices evenly on pie crust. Blend all other ingredients in a large bowl and pour over the apples. Bake 45 minutes or until center is solid. Cool for 1 hour before slicing. Serve at room temperature or cold.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
