Chicken Paprika (Chicken Paprikash)

Ingredients:
1 Chicken, cut up
3 tablespoon Paprika
2 tablespoons oil
3 garlic cloves
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz. sour cream
14 oz. diced tomato
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
¾ teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Preparation:
Sautee onion, garlic, salt, red pepper and paprika in oil. When onion is translucent, add chicken and pour water over. Cook on medium heat for one hour. Add water if needed. Stir in tomatoes. Remove liquid into bowl, thoroughly mix with flour and sour cream. Slowly add mixture to chicken, stirring constantly. Cook until thick.
