Quick Quetzal Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
4-6 sweet red peppers, finely chopped
2 mediums tomato (or 1 tablespoon paste for thicker consistency)
1 small-to-mediun spring onion, diced
2 garlic cloves
1/8 cup olive oil
1-2 hot pepper, if a spicy sauce is desired use jalepeno or cayenne
Oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:
Grill peppers and garlic cloves on stovetop or in broiler. Remove seeds and chop. Blend all ingredients together.
