Ingredients:
2 teaspoons butter
4 medium apples, cored & sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Melt butter in large skillet on low heat. Spread apples over bottom of skillet. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; sprinkle over apples. Cover and cook on low heat, turning occasionally, until tender. Serve hot.
