Ingredients:
½ pound radishes, trimmed & halved
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Steam radishes 5 minutes. Drain and arrange in a shallow baking dish. Combine honey, butter and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Warm and stir until butter is melted. Pour over radishes. Bake uncovered at 350° until butter is melted.
